Running for Survival and Score
Prehistoric Dash is an endless runner built around two simultaneous tasks: staying alive and collecting food. The dinosaur runs automatically across a scrolling prehistoric landscape. Food items appear along the path and add to your score, while obstacles on the ground end the run on contact. Because the run only ends when you hit something, every second you survive also extends your chance to collect more points. The tension comes from balancing the desire to grab every food item with the need to keep a safe distance from obstacles.
Controls and Timing
One tap or click makes the dinosaur jump. That is the entire control scheme. The challenge is not learning the button but reading the approach of obstacles and timing your jump so you clear them without landing early. The game scrolls automatically and gradually increases speed, so the same jump that worked at the start becomes tighter later. Immediate feedback, either a clean landing or a collision, makes it easy to understand what went wrong and adjust on the next attempt.
Visual Style and Audience
Bright colors and a cheerful dinosaur design give the game a welcoming look. The atmosphere avoids mature themes, which makes it suitable for children and casual players. There is no download or installation; the game runs directly in a web browser. That low barrier means a run can start instantly, whether for a quick break or a longer session. The scoring system tracks the highest score, giving players a clear target to beat and a reason to return.
